Domestic shipping policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders shipped from the US are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders shipped from a third party to a US address are subject to shipping times indicated by the dropshipper and are outside of the control of Evermore Everlasting directly. Please account for extra shipping days for items being delivered from overseas. Usual ship time from overseas is 7-10 business days.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Evermore Everlasting ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once the order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Evermore Everlasting is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Evermore Everlasting is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If the order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
